Josh pierced my son’s lobes. He was friendly, informative and good at what he did. He gave us thorough after care info and offered help if needed.

They are amazing! My daughter had Josh do her piercings, and he was super kind. If I ever got another piercing I would definitely go there to get it.

We went in to get my daughter's ears pierced... The shop was easy to find, it was clean and the young man who helped us today, Josh, was extremely kind. He explained the process to my daughter and made her feel comfortable... It was a great experience and she has already asked when she can go back for a 2nd set! Thank you Josh! 😊

Josh has always treated my wife and I with kindness and respect. He feels more like a friend to us rather than the guy who does our piercings. His interactions with his clients is outstanding. He takes his time to explain the piercing procedure and makes you feel at ease about the whole process. He is an awesome guy. And I would highly recommend him for all of your piercing needs.

Mathias did an awesome job on my walk-in knee piece!! He was fun to talk to and very talented. I would absolutely recommend GCTP and will be returning in the future.

I had been wanting to get my nose pierced for the second time because the first time was not very pleasant. It was extremely painful, it never healed, and I wasn’t told how to take care of it. On 06/19/26, my family and I happened to be visiting Escondido for the weekend for a softball tournament. In the across the parking lots from where we were staying I noticed a tattoo and piercing shop. My family and I went in there just to look. I got brave and decided to get my nose pierced because I was told that that the employee that would be helping me with my piercing had 10years of experience. Well, he certainly knows what he’s doing because I did not feel any discomfort. He was very patient, friendly, and professional. It’s been 4days since my piercing and I honestly do not feel any discomfort. I was in and out within 20mins. I give this place and Josh 10 stars.

I've gotten 2 piercings from Birdie and both experiences were fantastic. Looking forward to potentially getting a tattoo from someone here in the near future, next!

Birdie was fantastic with my 2 daughters. They got their nose piercings with her and she was able to keep them calm and did a fantastic job.

Josh was awesome and did a great with my 8 & 4 year olds first lobe piercings and my tragus. All are healing great and we're super happy with our experience.

Birdie has done both of my tragus piercings. She’s genuine and the process is quick. Won’t go to anyone else again!

My 7 year old daughter had her ears pierced with Birdie almost a week ago. Birdie was amazing! Super patient with our daughter, she helped her calm her nerves with some excercises and even went out of her way to play Lilo & Stitch music while she pierced her ears! My wife also got a helix piercing and was very nervous but said the piercing was painless and everything has been healing nicely with no issues. Highly recommend this shop for piercings!

This parlor is clean, organized, friendly and reasonable price I got my ink done by Miss Katelyn and the results are phenomenal- I recommend this parlor if you’re looking to get tattooed or pierced- you Won’t be disappointed Update: 6/21/26 I got my second ink from Katelyn & I’m once again Super Pleased with the results- I will only come to this parlor for my ink or piercings I highly recommend Katelyn! I can’t say enough great things about her work👌🔥

What a wonderful experience!!! Super friendly and attentive staff. The place was also incredibly clean with beautiful artwork all over the walls. I know it is assumed with all tattoo shops but this place stands out. I got the pleasure to work with Birdie and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a piercing. She was super sweet, really thorough, and very professional. I got my nipples pierced and she made it a completely comfortable experience. If you go check it out you won’t regret it.

I’ve visited this shop often over the last 5 years I’ve been getting tattooed. All of their artists are incredibly talented, but I come for KRISTINE!! She is such a sweetheart and does amazing fine line/dotting work/art in general. I came to her for a memorial tat for my mom, and she was so kind and did it with such care and precision! (my wrists pictured below, Kristine also did the orchid stamp at a separate appointment ☺️) Prices are very fair, and they take walk-ins. Their piercer is also incredibly friendly. Golden Child is the tattoo spot to go to for any and all tattoos, I only go here!

Melissa is a very good and detailed oriented tattoo artist. She took her time to listen, be precise and pointed out so many tiny details even I didn't consider before she starting inking me. I've gone to her twice for work and plan on returning for future work.

Golden Child Tattoo is very welcoming and they have very talented artists. Katelyn Alvarado gave me a gorgeous tattoo, and she is quite creative with her color choices, how she uses them and her fine line artistry.

The people at Golden Child are amazing, such professionals and made sure to take great care of the client. My sister and I got matching tattoos and we worked with Jason to put what was in our mind into a tattoo that we were proud of. It's everything we wanted! They were so quick and friendly and the tattoo is healing quite nicely. We will be going back!

Josh was great! He pierced my daughter’s ears and made sure she was comfortable throughout the experience. He was very professional and worked quickly to make it as easy as possible.

My 4yo wanted to get her ears pierced and they were so patient and careful with her. She was very motivated, but did get scared by the pain of the first one, so we ended up coming back the next day for the second. All the staff was super understanding and welcoming. 10/10 recommend
